Mynta Limited Manufacturer Warranty
For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by Mynta's Limited Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights.
Definitions
For the purpose of this Limited Warranty, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
- Equipment or Device shall mean a Mynta product;
- Consumer shall mean only the residential end-user of the Equipment who is the original purchaser of the equipment from Mynta store, not from an unauthorized reseller.
- Usages of you or your refer to the consumer;
- Commencement Date shall mean the date on which the Equipment is first purchased by a consumer from the Mynta store;
- Service Period shall mean the warranty period commencing on the Commencement Date; The warranty coverage starts at the time that the consumer PURCHASES their chair. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty repairs. The warranty time period is measured by continuous calendar days based on a seven-day week.
- Usage of we us or our shall mean MyntaChair.
Mynta sells SL-Track Massage Chair all Models with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship under normal use and service. While rare, defects in manufacturing can occur. Within Limited Warranty period, we guarantee that your qualified product will be repaired without cost to you. All you need to do is reach out to us, we will direct you step by step, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural design defects during the first year of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.
Warranty Coverage
To protect your benefits, all Mynta massage chairs are backed up by limited warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. What Is NOT Covered
Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from:
- Any shipping expensesor transportation damage incurred after delivery. theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism; dropped products.
- Damage created by pets, animals or insects;
- Improper installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of electrical/power supplies, electrical disturbances and power surges.
- Malfunctions due to improper use as well as unreasonable use or maintenance including failure to follow operating instructions.
- Any environmental conditions (examples: fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornados) or any other exposure to weather conditions.
- This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse. Failures or attached points in stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute as a defect for warranty.
- Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather will not constitute as a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical.
- The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
- Products used in commercial or corporate settings.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or dealers.
- Non quality-related issues.
- Free products/Gifts.
- Replacements.
- Warranty does not cover accessories and attachments which do not belong to the massage equipment.
- Failure to follow operating instructions;
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
Warranties are non-transferable, non-renewed.
Warranties are only valid within the 48 contiguous United States, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it.
All warranties begin on the DATE OF PURCHASE. MyntaChair, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame.
The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty repairs or service via email.
Please be prepared to describe the product that needs service and the nature of the problem.
Many Mynta massage chair repairs may be performed by the consumer in their own home with parts and instructions supplied by Mynta such as remote control replacements which don’t require a technician.
Mynta Protection Plans
Non-warranty repair is provided on a per incident basis. Mynta consumer service will verify that the unit has failed and provide instructions for repairing a unit.
All applicable repairs, parts, shipping, handling, local tax, and a per-incident-fee will be charged for non-warranty repairs. Contact Mynta service for protection plans.
